No. For safety, all pets travel securely in top-of-the-line Ruff Land or Impact crates. This ensures protection in case of sudden stops or road conditions.
3. Are you USDA certified?
Yes! We follow all USDA guidelines, including requiring a valid health certificate dated within 7 days of transport and up-to-date vaccinations.
4. Can you accommodate pets with special needs?
Absolutely. We do our best to honor feeding schedules, medications, and any extra care instructions. Just let us know in advance.
5. How do you keep pet owners updated?
We maintain excellent communication through text, photos, videos, and phone calls—so you’re never left wondering how your pet is doing.
6. Do you offer flight nanny services?
Yes! We provide in-cabin flight nanny transport for pets who qualify, ensuring they never fly in cargo and receive VIP care from gate to gate. (20 lb. and under limit)
